EasyCombineMail combines multiple emails into one email. Very often we use emails as the sole means of communications with project teams, organize activities, manage help desk and technical support groups or coordinate special interest groups. From time to time, there is a need to send out invitations or surveys to group members, review and organize the volumes of replies. With EasyCombineMail, instead of open one email at a time you simply select the emails and then let EasyCombineMail to combine them into one with duplicate entries removed in just one click. It is much easier to review when all email contains are in one page. You may view the resulting emails in one of the two display formats: Full or Condensed. In Full Display Mode, the content of the combined email preserves the format from the original emails. In Condensed Mode, all hyperlinks, format and pictures are removed. This mode is great to prevent igniting a virus accidentally while viewing. It also gives you more room to display its content rather than seeing large pictures that consume precious display region.
